As we are running or even stumbling into the age of Generative AI, we're entering a moment that can unlock entirely new kinds of experiences for users and customers. By bringing together model innovation and design possibilities, we now have the opportunity to weave in all human senses and inputs, capturing customer journeys in ways that are flexible, dynamic, and frictionless. This vision advances human–computer interaction, GenAI, and design to create robust multimodal models, memory layers, and shape next-best experiences. Helen will explore how we need to think about how these advancements in technology and perspective can disappear into the natural flow of user journeys to create the just-right moments.

About Helen

Helen Kontozopoulos is working on a new startup focused on multimodal and memory-layer applications. She is the Founder of Resiin, an experience creation and innovation lab. Previously, she co-founded ODAIA, a sales prediction platform for the pharmaceutical industry, where she helped the company reach Series B funding and scale to over 100 employees. Helen is also an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Computer Science and the Department of Computer and Mathematical Sciences at the University of Toronto. She co-founded UofT's Department of Computer Science startup incubator (DSCIL). She is an angel investor and LP in three funds: Northside Ventures (Canada), Phoenix Fire (Canada), and Genesis Ventures (Greece).
